It's too bad nobody told you guys that everything here is bulls*** --Helly R. (Severance)
Welcome Macrodat refiners! You just underwent our infamous medical procedure dubbed “Severance.” Your consciousness has been split into two, the real “you” will function just dandily in the real world while your “innie,” or work self, will be proudly working at Lumon on the severed floor! Now I'm sure you have many questions, but please, wait until the end of the questionnaire survey for further questions. Now, shall we begin?

With Severance starting the show's 2nd season after about two years since its debut, now is a perfect time for fans to jump in! If you love the mystery/ thriller genre or just wanna watch a show that will really leave you thinking, Severance will definitely scratch that itch. Now, let's dive into what our Macrodat refiners do here at Lumon!

Firstly, Lumon is the main focal point of the show. It is where the characters' workdays occur, as well as where all things odd collide. Severance mainly revolves around Mark S(Adam Scott) who is a worker at Lumon. He, alongside the rest of MacroData Refinement, refine files. The strange thing is that their work requires the Severance procedure. Although they don't know what it is exactly, they are refining, it's certainly something that they spend time investigating within the show.

This show covers a lot of topics. It eventually causes you to have an inexplicable amount of questions yet, no answers. Or at least, very few answers. The director of the show, Ben Stiller, is certainly a familiar face. He and the other producers of the show do an excellent job with the cinematography and subliminal messages within the show. If you do plan on watching the show, be sure to keep an eye out! There is a meaning in every scene, no matter how weird or confusing it is.

With all that being said, I hope you give Severance a chance! Just be sure to watch out for spoilers! If its more your speed, watch all of the show on a two-day binge . . . either way, no judgment! it's only up from here in terms of production and the intrigue this show is building. I hope you all give Severance a chance and in the end, you wont regret it!
